Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking commercial magnetic microphones identified as NSN 5965-01-598-1231, with an estimated annual demand quantity of 2,870 units. The acquisition is unrestricted, subject to the Buy American Act, and identifies UME Voice Inc. (CAGE 1VNZ2), part number 871A, as an approved source. Delivery is required within 60 days after each delivery order; shipping instructions will be provided with individual orders. The requirement will use a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery contract under FAR Part 12.201, with a three-year base period and two one-year options. Offers will be evaluated based on price, delivery, and performance. Responses must be completed on the SF 1449 Request for Proposal and submitted as a scanned upload through the DLA Internet Bid Board System, preferably, or by email.
