Description
The City of Houston, through the Houston Public Library, is soliciting bids for specified equipment and software, including a Brother embroidery machine and stand, an xTool laser-cutter riser base, a headphone amplifier, USB audio interface, electronic drum kit, hi-hat and snare stands, an audio drop snake, microphone cables, USB and headphone extension cables, and Creative DRAWings PRO XII software. Quantities range from one to five units as specified, and the requested brands and models must be supplied unless an approved equal is proposed in accordance with the solicitation requirements. The total price must not exceed $25,000 and must include item prices, shipping, and handling. Items must be brand new and unused. Bidders must submit pricing through the electronic bidding system, include the Official Signature Page, and provide product specification sheets or literature for evaluation when requested. The contractor must complete the contract within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed, and materials and workmanship carry a minimum one-year warranty. Insurance documentation and drug policy forms are required within three days of request.
