Description
Murnane Building Contractors, Inc. is seeking qualified subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for Phase 1 replacement of air handling units BL-4, BL-5, BL-14, and BL-26 in the North Wing penthouse of University Hospital. The work also includes installing a steam-to-glycol hot-water heat exchanger serving existing preheat and reheat coils and future North Penthouse heating loads transitioning from steam to hot water. The work will be phased to minimize downtime of conditioned air to hospital spaces. The opportunity has a 365-day contract term and includes participation goals of 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, 12% Minority-Owned Business, and 18% Woman-Owned Business; the stated DBE goal is 0%.
