Description
The County is soliciting a contractor to perform complete boundary land surveying services for identified forestry properties. The scope includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals; installing permanent survey monuments at property-line angle points; clearly marking boundary lines; blazing trees along boundaries at approximately 200-foot intervals; and identifying encroachments, easements, and rights-of-way. Work must be performed under the direct supervision of a New York-licensed professional land surveyor and comply with applicable New York laws, regulations, and professional standards. Deliverables include three Mylar copies and three 24-by-36-inch paper copies of each final survey, with documents suitable for filing with the County Clerk's Office, Highway Department, and Real Property Tax Department. Field work must be completed by April 30, 2027, and maps delivered by September 1, 2027. Insurance is required, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and an additional-insured endorsement.
