Description
The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or authorized representatives for a fully serviced office and specialty-use facility in Campbell, California. The requirement is for exactly 39,346 ABOA square feet of contiguous space, preferably on the second floor or higher, with 29 reserved structured parking spaces. The lease term is 15 years, including a 10-year firm term, with no option term stated. The offered facility must meet FSL-II and agency-specific security requirements, including specified separation from hazardous-material facilities, certain government and other facilities, foreign-power-associated facilities, and vehicle-accessible areas. The space must satisfy federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, and telecommunications requirements.
