Description
The Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive automotive maintenance and repair services for up to ten utility fleet vehicles. The scope includes routine and preventive maintenance; mechanical, electrical, powertrain, brake, suspension, tire, battery, and HVAC services; diagnostic troubleshooting; OEM or high-grade equivalent aftermarket parts; and compliance with applicable safety and environmental requirements. The contractor must provide or coordinate emergency roadside assistance or towing during operational hours, maintain detailed digital service records, obtain prior approval for non-routine work, and track applicable parts and labor warranties. Proposals must include technical and cost proposals, including a detailed line-item budget, budget justification, and not-to-exceed total, along with specified certifications, business credentials, financial-solvency documentation, references, and acceptance of the Court's terms and conditions.
