Description
The City of Santa Clara is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide year-round recreational programming through multiple on-call master agreements. The solicitation accepts proposals on an ongoing basis; proposals are reviewed and scored, and the City may recommend awards for programs it wants. The attached package includes the RFP, scope of work, revenue split proposal, relevant project summary form, proposer certification form, process integrity form, insurance attachment, and exemplar agreement.
