Description
The University of Massachusetts System is seeking a SaaS enterprise master data management platform and related implementation services. The initial Person-domain implementation must support identity resolution and reconciliation across multiple systems of record, duplicate detection, deterministic and probabilistic matching, golden-record creation, enterprise GUID generation and lifecycle management, source-system cross-references, stewardship workflows, affiliation determination, affiliation lifecycle management, and integration with identity and access management platforms. The solution must support a centrally governed, federated operating model across the University's campuses, modern API-driven and event-driven integrations, legacy and cloud architectures, and future expansion into additional master data domains. Respondents must provide architecture, licensing, roadmap, support and maintenance, implementation approach, migration and testing strategies, training, pricing, relevant experience, and references. The response includes a combined technical and comprehensive proposal, a firm-fixed-pricing workbook, a letter of interest, a completed business reference form, and required portal questions and certifications.
