Description
The Holyoke Housing Authority is soliciting electronic bids for rubbish removal services under a two-year contract term beginning February 1, 2027. Hard-copy bids will not be accepted; bids must be submitted online through the designated procurement portal. The solicitation may be downloaded from the Housing Authority's business-opportunities webpage. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Assistant. Award is subject to approval by the Housing Authority's Board of Commissioners, and bids must remain irrevocable for 90 days after opening.
