Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, plans to establish an approximately seven-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for environmental remediation services. The scope includes hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste remediation; military munitions response; and emerging contaminant cleanup, including PFAS. The program ceiling is $230.5 million over a 5.5-year ordering period. The acquisition is unrestricted with a small-business reserve: the agency anticipates reserving four to six awards for qualified small businesses and one to three for large businesses. The solicitation also includes a funded seed task order for investigation, excavation, and remediation of munitions and debris at the Carrington Island Precision Bombing Range Munitions Response Site in Utah. The seed task order is a hybrid construction and service action subject to construction wage requirements and Service Contract Labor Standards. The anticipated RFP release is on or about November 20, 2026; proposals and pre-proposal inquiries will be handled through the PIEE Solicitation Module. Offerors need active SAM registration and the Proposal Manager role in PIEE.
