Description
Power District Public Infrastructure District No. 1 seeks an SEC- and MSRB-registered municipal advisory firm to plan and execute financing for an animal and event barn project and a multi-level parking garage. The advisor will develop debt structures using tax increment revenues and pledged sales taxes, evaluate revenue and construction draw schedules, and advise on inter-entity pledge agreements and credit considerations. Services also include transaction execution and due diligence for public offerings or private placements; preparation support for preliminary and final official statements; assistance selecting underwriters, trustees, bond counsel, and other professionals; independent pricing verification and market analysis; and regulatory compliance advice. Proposals must include a cover letter, general information, responses to technical questions, and a separate cost proposal. The firm must demonstrate experience advising on both rated and nonrated Utah bond issuances.
