Description
Salt Lake City Corporation seeks a contractor-hosted, cloud-based software-as-a-service system for its Transportation Division to monitor, audit, regulate, and report on dockless shared mobility devices. The system must ingest Mobility Data Specification and General Bikeshare Feed Specification data, support multiple mobility operators, and provide near-real-time device information, historical data, geospatial zones and geofences, configurable filters, mobility metrics, maps, and customizable reports and exports. It must also support program administration, including per-ride fee calculations, operator compliance reporting, parking-corrals and deployment-zone monitoring, and public-facing policy maps and dashboards. The scope includes privacy and security protections, technical support, onboarding and training, and optional features such as public issue reporting, surveys, and curb-management services. Proposals must include a narrative response to the mandatory requirements and scored technical criteria, a completed cost proposal form, and—if claiming confidentiality—a confidentiality claim and redacted and protected versions of the proposal. The solicitation anticipates a five-year contract and a single award.
