The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is procuring a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) in support of USACE Northwestern Division and EPA Region 2. The contract will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 562910. The scope includes in-situ thermal remediation, in-situ chemical oxidation, chemical stabilization, operations and maintenance of remediation systems (including groundwater treatment plants, soil vapor extraction, and air sparge systems), preparation of work plans, studies, field investigations, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, monitoring well installation and sampling, long-term monitoring, data management, engineering evaluations, optimization studies, groundwater modeling, geophysical surveys, cost estimates, management of investigative derived waste, risk assessments, vapor intrusion, surface water discharge, permitting, remedial design, well abandonment, public meetings, presentation materials, hydrological studies, engineering support, value engineering, operations and maintenance for hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste sites, energy evaluations, remedial action plans, removal actions, construction support, site closeout, abandoned mines program support, and future project programming.
