Description
Indiana University of Pennsylvania is soliciting up to three contractors for a 12-month unit-price work order construction contract covering environmental hazard abatement in various university buildings. The scope includes, at a minimum, removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint, along with all required labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and related work necessary to complete individual projects. Electronic bids must be submitted through PennBid by November 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. The solicitation states that there is no pre-bid meeting and that bidders must register with PennBid to obtain the bid documents and submit a confidential bid.
