Description
The project involves unit-price construction work to replace deteriorated or missing concrete in public rights-of-way at various locations throughout the city. Work includes sidewalks and other concrete flatwork, ADA access ramps, curb and gutter, drive approaches, waterways, and related asphalt tie-ins. Some locations may require mud jacking, grinding, scarifying, or tree-root and stump removal with City approval. Work must be staged to maintain public use and accessible pedestrian routes. The project manual sets substantial completion for November 19, 2027.
