Allegheny County seeks proposals for the sale of alcoholic beverages at concerts and other scheduled events. The contract period is May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2030, with two one-year renewal options. Proposers must document a plan or good-faith efforts to meet the County’s M/W/DBE and veteran-owned small business goals and complete the Participation Statement.
