Description
The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh seeks qualified firms to provide on-call, task-order-based engineering and multidisciplinary consulting services to prepare publicly and privately owned properties for redevelopment. Work may include Phase I and II environmental site assessments, hazardous-material inspections, soil and groundwater investigation, remediation planning, surveys, geotechnical services, demolition and grading plans, utility and stormwater design, permitting, and construction documents. Multiple firms may be selected, and respondents may propose for all or only a portion of the scope. Additional services include bid-package preparation, procurement support, construction administration, construction inspection, progress reporting, review of submittals and payment applications, and project closeout. Proposals must include firm qualifications and relevant project experience, a technical approach, M/WBE participation narrative, fee schedule, key personnel resumes, and M/WBE certifications. The anticipated agreement duration is three years; task orders will be priced using applicable unit fees and/or hourly rates.
