Description
The City of Pittsburgh is seeking a contract for sign blanks and related accessories ordered as needed. The requested items include multiple sizes of rounded-edge sign blanks, including octagon blanks and blanks without holes; pedestal bases compatible with a 2.5-inch square channel; and metro wing brackets used with one-way arrows and street-name blades. Sign blanks have specified gauge and pre-drilled hole requirements, with additional horizontal, vertical, and diagonal holes required for certain sizes. The solicitation includes drawings for pedestal bases and brackets. Delivery must be made within one week of an order unless the City provides written notice of a delay. Bidders must provide unit pricing for the listed items and a percentage markup for additional items; shipping, handling, and delivery costs must be included in the submitted pricing. Quantities are for bidding purposes only, and the City may order any amount, including none.
