Description
Auburn University at Montgomery seeks a qualified contractor to provide a comprehensive beverage program, including beverage vending, automated beverage dispensing, and beverage products for athletic concessions. The contractor will provide and install equipment, supply and replenish products, maintain and repair equipment, manage customer service and refunds, and support payment systems. The scope includes exclusive supply of beverages for university-operated athletic concessions, subject to stated exclusions. Proposals must include product and pricing lists, vending commission rates, institutional support proposals, and responses to the required service specifications. The agreement term is 10 years from its effective date.
