Description
The City seeks commercial fitness equipment, catalog discounts for specified manufacturers and other manufacturers, and hourly pricing for service and repairs and preventive maintenance. The contractor must be an authorized distributor or service provider for at least one listed manufacturer. Equipment maintenance is required quarterly, following manufacturer guidelines, with a completed checklist and replacement recommendations for each piece of equipment. Repair service is provided as needed, with service within one business day of a written request and a 72-hour repair turnaround unless parts delivery takes longer. Parts must be new and OEM-approved. The work covers City recreation and Healthy Active Living center fitness rooms and other City locations as required. Bidders must submit the required EORC participation materials and demonstrate good-faith efforts toward the City's stated participation goals. The contract term is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028, with two one-year renewal options. The City will award on an item-by-item or low-total basis, as it determines to be in its best interests.
