Description
The Airport Authority is seeking expressions of interest from qualified businesses and operators for food and beverage concessions in the post-security area of its new terminal. Potential spaces include an approximately 943-square-foot passenger-facing area for a bar, café, restaurant, counter-service concept, or other suitable offering, and an approximately 475-square-foot potential production kitchen. Respondents may propose alternative concepts, including combinations of food and beverage with other products or services for departing passengers. The Authority is exploring flexible commercial arrangements, potentially including a percentage-of-gross-sales model. The initial assumption is that the concessionaire would fund final build-out and equipment, though the Authority may consider contributing in exchange for different commercial terms. Responses should describe the proposed concept and product mix, relevant experience, areas of interest, preliminary build-out and equipment needs, and the respondent’s ability and general timeline to prepare for the anticipated May 2027 terminal opening. This is an information-gathering RFI, not a request for a binding financial proposal; a future RFP, negotiations, or another procurement approach may follow.
