Description
The City of Richardson is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide complete operation and management of alcoholic beverage concessions at festivals and special events under a revenue-sharing agreement. The selected concessionaire will be responsible for staffing, permitting, licensing, inventory, equipment, point-of-sale operations, compliance, and all other services necessary to operate the program safely and efficiently. The submission requires separate Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, and Required Documents files in PDF format; multiple files are permitted for each category.
