Description
The Town seeks a vendor to plan, book, and deliver live music entertainment for its 2027 festival, including headline and supporting acts, DJs, performance scheduling, stage management, stage, sound, lighting, backline, technical staff, and related production. The vendor must submit a proposed lineup and production plan, coordinate load-in and sound checks, and ensure all amplified entertainment ends by midnight. The vendor is responsible for performer contracts and costs, cleanup and waste disposal in its designated areas, and compliance with event rules. In exchange for exclusive entertainment and alcohol rights in designated areas, the selected vendor will pay the Town a contract fee proposed in its response; the Town will not pay the vendor. The vendor must obtain required alcohol permits and licenses and provide evidence of its ability to obtain them with its proposal. The proposal must also include a merchandise and vending statement, references, insurance evidence or an insurer's coverage letter, a completed W-9, and any business license. The event is a one-time 2027 engagement with no renewal options.
