Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting line-item bids for bottled water in various sizes and types, together with beverage dispensing services. Bidders may submit pricing for individual items, and awards may be made by item or combination of items rather than on an all-or-nothing basis. Estimated quantities are based on participating members' projected needs and may vary by up to 25 percent unless otherwise specified by the bidder. The resulting contract covers purchases by participating members during a one-year term from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. Products must be delivered within 10 working days after receipt of a purchase order unless otherwise specified, with freight and delivery included in pricing. Bids must be submitted through the program's online bid submission software, and the bidder must complete and upload the required Form 1295, EDGAR Vendor Certification Form, DEI Policy acknowledgment, regional service map, and W-9 as applicable to the response requirements.
