Description
Allegheny County seeks a contractor to supply and serve beer and wine at its summer concerts and other events scheduled by the Department of Special Events. The contractor is responsible for the beverages and all activities and staffing related to their sale. Proposers must hold a current Pennsylvania liquor license authorizing sales and service in this setting, and at least 50% of wine sales must be from local wineries. Proposals may cover Hartwood Acres, South Park, or both venues, and must describe the proposed beverages and prices, sales approach, age-verification and intoxication-response plans, relevant experience and references, and compensation to the County. The contract period is May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2030, with two one-year renewal options.
