Description
The Wisconsin Army National Guard seeks a contractor to provide lodging and event facilities for a post-demobilization Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Event supporting approximately 500 service members, families, staff, and exhibitors. The requirement includes 205 double-occupancy hotel rooms for the night of January 9, 2027, conference and registration areas, six breakout rooms for the second day, and separate childcare rooms for infants and youth. The contractor must provide the specified audiovisual equipment and support, high-capacity Wi-Fi, continuous beverage service and scheduled refreshments on both event days, and a dedicated on-site event coordinator during setup and event operations. Offers must include a narrative demonstrating compliance with the Statement of Work and a completed bid sheet detailing all costs; award is anticipated as a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced offeror meeting or exceeding the requirements.
