Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, on behalf of the Indiana Department of Correction, is soliciting proposals from one or more contractors to provide health care services for Indiana correctional facilities. The detailed requirements are contained in Attachment K, Statement of Work. Responses must include an Executive Summary, Business Proposal, Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal, Cost Proposal Narrative, Cost Assumptions, Conditions, and Constraints, Attestation Form, and the other mandatory supporting materials identified in the solicitation, including an Infrastructure Overview, AI Technical Proposal Questions, four years of audited financial statements or a formal explanation of their unavailability, and documentation of current available funds. The solicitation also establishes a three-year contract term with two optional two-year renewals and a 3% Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business subcontracting goal.
