Description
The Indiana Department of Health is seeking a vendor to supply 2,000 grief and bereavement books for children: 1,000 hardback copies of “What Does Grief Feel Like?” and 1,000 softback copies of “It Won’t Ever Be the Same: A Teen’s Guide to Grief and Grieving.” Pricing must include shipping and handling. The vendor must verify orders within 48 hours, fulfill orders placed through an online order document and email, store the books until delivery is scheduled, ship them to designated addresses, provide shipment tracking numbers, and submit invoices after delivery. The purchase is a one-time order with possible continued purchases if funding becomes available, and total reimbursement is capped at $20,000.
