Description
The Indianapolis Marion County Public Library seeks proposals for one-year renewals of licenses and basic maintenance for its existing eligible network infrastructure. The supported equipment includes two Palo Alto 5220 firewalls; approximately 85 Cisco C9300-48P switches; Cisco ASR1001X-2.5G-K9 routers; Cisco SLASR1-AES licenses; Cisco C9500-24Y4 and C9500-48Y4C-A-BUN switches; and Cisco EDU-C9800-L-F-K9 wireless controllers. The requested coverage period is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028. Proposals must identify quantity, manufacturer, part number, description, unit price, and extended price for each line item, and must separate eligible and ineligible services. Vendors must comply with applicable E-Rate requirements and may not propose equipment or components from companies designated as national security risks under FCC Order 19-121. Multi-year contracts with or without voluntary extensions will be considered. Serial numbers are available by email upon request through the bid deadline.
