Description
The Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library is seeking a qualified vendor to lease lit network capacity for eligible standalone data transmission service between 26 library sites and the network head-end at 2450 N. Meridian St. The requested capacity ranges from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, and installation and initial configuration are required. Services are to begin July 1, 2027. The library will consider an initial term of up to 36 months, with up to two voluntary 12-month extensions. Pricing must include all associated costs and reflect Lowest Corresponding Price, GSA pricing, and applicable governmental-unit discounts. Proposals may not include equipment or equipment components from companies designated as national security risks under FCC Order 19-121, and vendors must comply with FCC E-Rate rules.
