Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC) ——— RFP 26-06-588 On-Call Planning Services Project ——— Summary: Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (“IndyGo”) is seeking on-call planning services from qualified firms or practitioners. Task Orders will be issued under the master contract for consultant-provided professional planning services to support IndyGo in carrying out specific work activities identified in its work program. When a task arises, IndyGo staff will develop a detailed task scope of work and negotiate associated hours with the selected firm(s) or practitioner(s). Description
Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo) is seeking qualified firms or practitioners to provide on-call professional planning services. Work will be issued through task orders under a master contract to support IndyGo's work program. For each task order, IndyGo staff will develop a detailed scope of work and negotiate the associated hours with the selected firm or practitioner. The solicitation includes a virtual pre-proposal meeting, a written-question deadline, and proposals due September 25, 2026, by 1:00 p.m.
