Request for Proposals Title: RFP # EDBS – Enterprise Digital Brand Strategy, Web Experience Redesign_ Professional Services 08/21/2026 – 10/1/2026 The Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to develop a unified digital brand strategy and modern web ecosystem that enhances user experience, engagement, and access across our multi-divisional healthcare organization. In Phase 1, the selected partner will assess the current digital ecosystem and develop a future-state strategy, governance framework, technology roadmap, implementation plan, and recommendations for user experience, branding, CMS, hosting, accessibility, security, and analytics. RFP packages may be obtained by sending an email to amhlanga@hhcorp.org There will be a pre-proposal conference for this RFP. The meeting will be held via WebEx on Wednesday, Sept 2nd, 2026, at 2 PM EST. The Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to develop a unified digital brand strategy and modern web ecosystem across its multi-divisional healthcare organization.
