Description
Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a comprehensive remote and online proctoring solution supporting automated or AI-assisted monitoring, recorded-session and post-session review, live proctoring by vendor personnel, and live proctoring by college testing-center staff. The solution must support approximately 35,000 exams annually, including peak periods of about 7,000 exams and up to 500 concurrent sessions every fourth week. The solution should provide secure session recording, student identity and access controls, appointment and exam administration, accommodations, proctor communications, irregularity reporting, dashboards, usage reporting, system checks, notifications, accessibility support, training, and help-desk services. It must integrate with Canvas using LTI 1.3, support SAML 2.0 single sign-on, provide APIs or other programmatic data access, integrate with third-party content providers and scheduling systems, and support white labeling and mobile and device-independent access. Respondents must describe their work plan, organizational capacity, proposed team, relevant experience, at least three similar projects and higher-education references, proposed schedule, subcontractors, and itemized pricing. A completed Supplier Diversity Information Form and Non-Collusion Certificate are required with the proposal. The selected vendor must be able to support implementation by January 1, 2028, with integration work beginning in spring 2027.
