Description
The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) requires the relocation and re-installation of an existing air conditioning unit to the IT area within Red Rock Day School in Red Valley, AZ. This project involves the removal of the current unit, including decommissioning, refrigerant recovery, and safe lifting and transport to the rooftop. The installation will include securing the unit, making mechanical and electrical connections, and ensuring proper ductwork and air distribution. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, and transportation necessary for the completion of the work. The project also requires testing, commissioning, and the provision of as-built documentation and training. All work must comply with applicable codes and industry standards, and the contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and inspections. This requirement is set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).
