Description
The City of Saratoga Springs is soliciting bids for comprehensive HVAC services across its 14 facilities. This includes routine maintenance, controls, gas piping, motors, air balancing, and fixtures. The scope of work encompasses installation, maintenance, extension, alteration, removal, repair, and replacement of all piping, fixtures, and boiler appurtenances within City buildings. Technicians must be available 24 hours a day with a guaranteed two-hour response time. All work must be performed by qualified technicians, and parts supplied must be new and of high quality, with a one-year warranty. The contractor will be responsible for leaving work areas clean and disposing of all defective materials. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
