Description
The City of Kingman Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting proposals for a cloud-based Parks and Recreation Management System to replace its current system (CivicRec). The system must support activity registration, facility reservations with photos and customizable bundles, membership management, CRM, integrated point-of-sale, multiple payment types (including credit card, ACH, Google/Apple Pay), automatic payment plans, refunds and credits, convenience fee model, accounting with multiple GL accounts, integration with Tyler ERP (if possible), marketing and email/SMS notifications, an online customer portal, adherence to City branding, built-in reporting, PCI Level-1 compliance, audit trails, disaster recovery, 24/7/365 support, and a dedicated account manager. The selected vendor must provide implementation services, comprehensive training, data migration, and ongoing support. The system must be fully operational by mid-December 2026.
