Description
The City of Huntsville is seeking bids for city-wide plumbing services. This contract will cover repairs, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems and appliances throughout the city's buildings. Services include responding to regular and emergency calls, handling repairs, part replacements, labor, and new system installations. The contract will also include a percentage markup for replacement parts and materials. Vendors must be licensed master plumbers in Texas and have a minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing experience. Services will be required during regular business hours, with availability for emergency calls 24/7. Responses are due by July 2, 2026.
