Description
Buchanan County Public Service Authority is soliciting bids for a contractor to perform water and sewer line installation services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027. Pricing will be based on a per-foot rate for installations and an hourly rate for other tasks. Bid packages can be obtained from the Authority's office in Vansant, Virginia.
