Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Phoenix Healthcare System is seeking information regarding potential sources for a Vestibular Diagnostic Suite. This suite should be equivalent to the Interacoustics VisualEyes 525 with an Orion Auto-Traverse Rotational Chair and designed for the assessment of vestibular and balance disorders. The system must integrate various tests, including video-nystagmography (VNG), Video Head Impulse Test (vHIT), and rotational chair tests, through its own software and interface with state-of-the-art hardware components to provide a complete analysis of a patient's dizziness or balance issues. The system must be FDA-cleared for clinical use in the United States and compatible with the existing OtoAccess database. The scope of work includes the removal of the old vestibular suite, installation, and on-site training for clinical providers. Installation services must be performed by factory-trained and verified technicians during normal business hours, with the contractor responsible for protecting the premises and repairing any damages incurred during the process. Training must be conducted by qualified personnel, with a minimum of one session of on-site training required for specified clinical providers.
