Description
The Kaibab Paiute Tribe is soliciting bids from qualified Civil Contractors, licensed in Arizona or Utah, for erosion repair and bank stabilization work on the Kaibab Indian Reservation in Pipe Spring, Arizona. The project includes excavation, embankment, riprap, and slope protection. Specific tasks involve embankment construction, riprap installation, and the use of cellular soil stabilizer (geocell) with aggregate infill. Bidders are instructed to request a full copy of the Bid Package from High Road Engineering via email at ewhitlock@highroadengineering.com. Bids must be submitted to Tribal Headquarters, located at HC 65 Box 2, Fredonia, AZ 86022, with the subject line "RE: SIX MILE ROAD FLOOD REPAIRS BID". The deadline for bid submission is 4:30 p.m. on July 29, 2026.
