Description
This sources sought notice is for portable sanitation support services, including portable latrines, mobile handwashing stations, and dumpsters, to be provided along the southern U.S. border, encompassing areas such as Nogales and Naco, Arizona, and other remote and austere environments. Vendors must be capable of transporting, emplacing, and servicing these units, ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations for waste disposal. Specific requirements include anchoring latrines to withstand winds up to 60 mph, servicing units by pumping, cleaning, clearing debris within a three-meter radius, and restocking supplies. Vendors must also be able to relocate units with 24 hours' notice and provide power generation for latrines if needed. Dumpster services involve providing large-capacity roll-off containers (minimum 1,000 cubic feet capacity) with services occurring 1-3 times per week. Additionally, vendors must be capable of hauling off and properly disposing of Concertina wire. The anticipated period of performance is approximately three months per period, with potential options, starting July 15, 2026.
