Description
The 136th Airlift Wing requires the replacement of five gas-fired boilers and the installation of new main waterline isolation valves across multiple facilities at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NAS JRB) Fort Worth, Texas. The project scope includes all labor, parts, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the complete removal of existing boilers and installation of new, fully operational heating equipment, as well as the installation of new waterline shutoff valves to improve system reliability and maintenance capability. The Statement of Work details specific requirements for each building, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing modifications, system integration, testing, training, and documentation. The Government's target price range for this project is between $135,000 and $195,000, with a period of performance of 60 days after Notice to Proceed.
