Description
Educational Service District 112 (ESD112) is soliciting bids for plumbing services as part of their 2400 Expansion project located at 2500 NE 65th Ave, Vancouver, WA. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services for complete plumbing systems, adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local codes. Key aspects of the work include the installation of wall-hung toilets and fixtures, specific piping requirements, and the supply and installation of a drinking fountain/bottle filler. The project also specifies that certain items, such as the water heater and mop sink faucet, are excluded from the bid as they have already been purchased by the owner.
