Description
The Town of Gilbert, Arizona is soliciting bids for the Heritage Center ADA Improvements project. This project involves construction to enhance the exterior areas of the building, providing improved access, lighting, and signage, along with necessary American with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades. The scope of work also includes mitigating drainage issues in the courtyard, play area, and around the building. This project is funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) federal funds, which include various federal requirements such as payroll wage reporting. Firms working on federally assisted activities must have an active DUNS number and be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for payments. Bidders must provide required Federal information on the Supplement to General Conditions (SC-1) for a Federally Funded Project to the Compliance Officer. A bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Town of Gilbert's Trimble Unity Construct electronic bidding platform by 2 p.m. MST on July 20, 2026.
