Description
The U.S. Government, through the General Services Administration (GSA), is seeking to lease approximately 58,397 ABOA square feet of space in Tucson, Arizona. The required space can be office, warehouse, or flex type. A firm 10-year lease term is anticipated. The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Additionally, 154 parking spaces are required. The space must not be located within the 1-percent annual chance floodplain. Vendors are advised to familiarize themselves with telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act. The government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous, taking into account relocation costs and potential downtime.
