The CEO Greater Capital Region Weatherization program is seeking qualified HVAC professionals to bid on re-piping the existing 3-year-old Navien NHB-110 condensing boiler (NG). The work will be performed in general accordance with manufacturer installation requirements at 464 1st St, Troy, NY. Interested bidders must obtain bid documents by contacting Eric Case, Weatherization Program Manager at (518) 272-6012, Ext. 312 or by emailing ecase@ceoempowers.org. Bids are due on or before Wednesday, June 24th, 2026, no later than 1 pm. The bid opening will take place on the same date and time at the CEO offices, 2347 5th Avenue, Troy, NY.
