Description
The City of Branson, Missouri is seeking proposals for the complete installation of a gas-fired tube radiant heating system at Fire Station 2. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to install the system within the existing garage. Additionally, the project requires the extension of natural gas service for a kitchen stove and an exterior patio BBQ area, the installation of an emergency gas shutoff system for the kitchen stove, the installation of ceiling-mounted air circulation fans, and the decommissioning of existing electric heating equipment. All work must comply with applicable building, mechanical, fuel gas, electrical, and fire safety codes.
