Description
The Biloxi Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids from qualified trade contractors to perform interior and exterior physical restoration services for 17 housing-authority-owned residential units and one administration building damaged by flooding at the Suncoast Villas property. The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. A pre-bid meeting will provide a project overview and will be the only opportunity for site inspection, measurement, and investigation. Bids must be sealed and delivered in person, by courier, or by mail before the deadline; faxed or emailed bids and bid amendments will not be accepted. The package must identify the solicitation, bidding entity, address, and Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility number.
