Description
The U.S. Air Force, through the 81st Contracting Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, is soliciting quotes for the replacement of the Triangle Pool liner and associated equipment. The project includes removing and disposing of the existing pool liner, filter media, above-ground piping, and two pool heaters. New work includes cleaning, prepping, and resurfacing the gunite pool with a white marcite cement-based plaster liner, installing new above-ground pipes, installing new filter media in two filter tanks, and installing two natural-gas powered commercial pool heaters rated at a minimum of 2,070,000 BTU each. The contractor must also prime and paint all interior and apron markings, including depth numbers, lane markings, and warning markings, in accordance with the provided specifications. The project is set aside for total small business concerns and will be performed at Keesler AFB, Mississippi.
