Description
The 81st Civil Engineer Squadron is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for temporary chiller rental services at Lott Hall, Building 2603, Keesler Air Force Base. The contractor must provide one or two temporary chillers with chilled-water pumps capable of meeting at least 90 total tons of demand, along with blank flanges, shutoff valves, surge protection, and connection to the existing 480-volt, three-phase, 60-Hz electrical service. The contractor must coordinate the control interface with the building's Metasys system and the government's HVAC and energy-management personnel. The scope includes six months of rental, mobilization, demobilization, and up to three one-month option periods. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, permits, and related support; respond to equipment failures within one hour; and repair or replace a nonfunctioning chiller within 24 hours. Quotes must include the completed SF 1449, required representations and certifications or updates, technical documentation identifying the proposed chiller make, model, and specifications, completed pricing for all contract line items, amendment acknowledgments, and confirmation that pricing remains valid for at least 60 days.
